Menopause can affect far more than your menstrual cycle. Changes in hormones can intersect with sleep, mood, anxiety, memory, relationships, identity, and the way you experience your body.
I'm Still Hot! is designed to help you understand these changes, talk about them openly, and build practical tools for navigating them.
Over six weeks, we'll explore the emotional and psychological sides of this major life transition.
Understand how hormonal changes can intersect with mood, anxiety, irritability, and emotional well-being.

Now, navigating her own perimenopause journey, she built this group to be the support she wishes she'd had: research-backed, honest, and never alone.
The group takes place online through video sessions and a private Circle community.
Each week includes a short video, a handout, and a live Wednesday session lasting approximately 90 minutes.
The group is intentionally limited to approximately 8–12 women to support meaningful connection and participation.
This group provides education and community support. It is not a substitute for individual or group therapy.
